All Indoors, Studio-Style
We wouldn't claim to be pioneers in the way to do team photos, but we do know that our studio-style approach is pretty unique
around these parts.
We bring out sport-specific backdrops and photograph athletes in full equipment before a practice starts, usually in a club lobby or changeroom.
In addition to creating some pretty good-looking pictures, we're also not interfering precious (read: expensive!) practice time.
Photo Proofs
No need to pre-pay for team photos. We'll have order forms with us and post proofs online so you can have a look before you
place an order.
The order forms will direct you to where the photo proofs can be found. We usually have those up the morning following your team's photo session.
Photo Products
You will find a wide range of photo products from which to choose. Standard prints, photo cd's, bag tags and buttons
to name a few. Check our sample section (link not yet available) for more details on the what's available.
Ordering Your Pictures
Generally, we ask parents to return order envelopes to coaches a few days after the photo session. We make arrangements with the
coaches to collect the orders, then have photo packages back to the team in about two weeks.
Flexible Booking Arrangements
It's important to book a photo date with us at least a couple weeks in advance. We know that it takes a bit of effort to get everyone
together for pictures, so a little extra lead time will help us get your team(s) on the schedule.
Team Discounts
The greater the number of teams we can photograph at one sitting/venue, the greater the discount we are able to offer all
participating teams.
In a hockey practice example, for teams that are sharing ice or who practice before or after your ice time, this is an opportunity
to recruit all teams to have photographs that day/evening to increase the team discount.
In a mini-soccer scenario, designating one evening as "photo night" gets all teams involved and yields the biggest savings for teams.
