Minimal Classroom Disruption

School picture days can be full of a little extra hustle and bustle. Our services minimize administrative logistics and disruption before, during, and after the photo sessions. What this essentially means is that we keep the day organized and flowing so that teachers have their students back in class sooner than they're accustomed.

Regardless of student population, our photographers are usually finished by lunch so you can continue with your school day uninterrupted.

The Proof System

We knew this from the beginning. Parents and students should not have to pre-pay for school pictures. We also don't think that it should take weeks or months after picture day to receive photo orders.

Our next-day proof system ensures that proofs and order forms are back to the school the day after pictures were taken (assuming it's not Saturday). We also return photo packages to schools about a two weeks or so from the time we collect the orders.

Creative Product Choices

Our photo products and packages change often. We respond quickly to feedback that we receive from customers and analyze their ordering habits so we can continually improve the value and fine-tune the details of their ordering choices.

Phots CDs (offered from the beginning) continue to be a hit, and we have a few more innovations that are showing up on order forms. Personalized templates are being updated often so families have new, fresh choices from which to choose each season.

Service, Service and Service

We have the technology and resources to manage picture days for the largest and smallest schools in Manitoba. Once we receive class lists from your school, we can immediately create a photo databases so we're able to efficiently manage picture day, production and customer inquiries. That's our job, not the school's.

The Photo Know-How

We could get carried away talking about the fine details of digital capture, photo chemistry, sharpening algorithms, proper lighting ratios and so on. So we won't.

Though technology is an important component to your school picture day, we believe that the quality and personal touches to our service will remind you that this is no ordinary experience.

Picking a photo date has probably never been easier for a school. You pick. We write it down. Done.

Oh, and we're not going to be looking for multi-year service contracts to be signed. We believe that our work will speak for itself and earn your business again the following season.

Our organizational skills extend beyond school picture day. We do what we can to help keep daily school life organized. We are able to provide an array of products such as desktop calendars, office record/database photos, yearbook photos, and ID cards with bar coding options.

Fundraising Opportunities

We can help raise money for your school when you sponsor family portrait nights. Avoiding the fall/winter rush at the retail photo studios, we offer families our studio services in the evening at your school... and just in time for Christmas card season.

Tying Up Loose Ends

Stuff happens. We know. Can't be helped. We are pretty good at resolving issues and perceived problems. There is always someone to answer e-mails and calls from parents and students who have questions about their orders. We're also there to manage loose ends that can result from picture day.

We don't leave schools out to dry once photo packages are delivered. We are here throughout the school year to provide timely responses and help wherever we can.
